El Cerrito Homeowner's Workshop Series

The first step in maintaining your home is to understand how the parts of a
house work. The City’s Code Enforcement Officer, Jay Marlette will explain
the components of a home in simple and easy to understand terms. No
prior building knowledge will be necessary to benefit from this workshop.
Upon explaining home components, attention will be paid to common
issues and defects.
The City of El Cerrito Community Development Department will be hosting a series of
